We are looking for a Surface Landman who will be responsible for handling all surface land functions and be required to be registered as an easement and right-of-way agent in the state of Texas. The Surface Landman will write, negotiate, interpret and administer surface damage contracts, develop and maintain relationships with surface owners, and schedule and attend survey and construction on-sites among other duties.
